Valhalla and Elmsford Fire Departments along with Valhalla VAC and the Medic were dispatched to an MVA with injuries. First arriving units found a vehicle which struck a New York State DOT truck. Crews mitigated the fluids from the vehicle while EMS tended to the patient. Units remained on scene until the vehicle was removed.

This is a reminder to slow down and move over for emergency services and other essential services operating on the roadway.
