The Valhalla Fire Department along with Elmsford Fire and EMS were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the area of Grasslands Road. First arriving units updated the location to the center median just North of Grasslands Road. Crews assisted EMS and secured power to the vehicle. Once the patients were in the care of EMS, members had to cut the guardrail in order to remove the vehicle. Once the vehicle was removed, units were returned to service and patients were transported to the hospital.
